We strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers with free shipping available on all new gobaplay orders within the continental USA.

  • Products are delivered direct to your home via FedEx Ground. When you order from gobaplay, a tracking number will be provided to you via e-mail once the product ships.
  • All products are shipped in 1 or more boxes. The boxes are heavy, and we advise two people to lift them.
  • US purchases cannot currently be shipped internationally, nor to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, nor to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the following information regarding returns:

If you purchased online through Gobaplay.com or goba.life, please contact our Customer Support Team at 1 877-586-7723 to process the return.

  • We're pleased to offer a 30-day return guarantee for all of our products from the date of purchase.
  • gobaplay will refund your purchase price minus all actual shipping costs (including to and from your ship location).
  • Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the final purchase price, including any applicable taxes.
  • If purchased through an authorized dealer, please visit the store directly as return policies may vary.

  • A tracking number will be provided to you via e-mail once the product ships.
  • All products are shipped in 1 or more boxes.

Returns

We want you to love your product. If it’s not the right fit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in good condition.
  • All parts and accessories must be included.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Note: Products returned damaged, heavily used, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.

Return Fee & Refunds

  • All approved returns are subject to a 15% return fee. This fee helps cover shipping, inspection, and restocking costs.
  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately and we'll make it right.
  • Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
